What a regular clean covers
A regular clean is the job that keeps a house ticking over between the bigger resets. Your cleaner dusts the surfaces, hoovers every room, mops the hard floors and polishes where it shows. The kitchen is wiped down and sanitised, and so is the bathroom, from the taps to the toilet.
You are not buying a fixed checklist that someone ticks and walks away from. The first visit is where you tell your cleaner what matters in your home, and every visit after that builds on it. If you hate streaky mirrors, they get done properly. If the dog sheds on the sofa, that gets hoovered every time.
Why the same face every time matters
Most people who come to us have already been let down by a cleaner who did not turn up, or by an agency that sent someone different each week. That is the problem we built the service around. We match you with one cleaner who suits your home and keep them with you, so there is no re-explaining where things go.
It also makes the key question easier. Many regular clients are out at work when the clean happens. Your cleaner can hold a key, so the house is done while you are not there, and you come back to it finished. Our cleaners are vetted, reference checked, insured and DBS checked before they start.
How often, and how long
Weekly suits busy households, families and homes with pets. Fortnightly is the most common choice for couples and smaller properties, because the house never gets far enough gone to need a rescue. Whichever you pick, the minimum booking is two hours.
A one bedroom flat and a five bedroom family house need very different amounts of time, so we talk it through before the first visit rather than guessing. That conversation sets the hours, and the hours set the price. At £20 an hour you know exactly what each visit costs before you commit.
Eco products, and what that means in practice
Everything we use is made with natural ingredients: vinegar for glass and limescale, lemon for grease and freshness, bicarbonate of soda for sinks, ovens and stains. They are included in the hourly rate, so there is nothing extra to buy and nothing harsh left behind on the surfaces your children and pets touch.
People worry that natural products mean a lighter clean. They do not. It is the same elbow grease and the same attention to detail, just without the chemical smell hanging around afterwards.
